現状
1、すでに16県が導入
2、県内の状況を検討し、１９年１月ごろ報告をまとめる。
3、国産木材の価格はピーク時の４分の1に下落。
4、放置山林の増加。（放置竹林は800ヘクタールと聞いている）。

森林の機能
1、地球温暖化防止。
2、土砂災害防止。
3、水源の涵養。

貨幣価値
1、県全体で年間3,793億円
2、県民一人当たり44万円

委員の声
1、森林は大切。税しか方法がないなら導入を考えたい。
2、税は公平かどうかが一番大事。
3、万人が納得いく説明が必要。

森林の割合
1、県土全体の45パーセント。
2、全国平均67パーセント。
3、人工林がしめる割合は66パーセントで、全国で最も高い。

２７年前に息子さんを難病でなくされました。
深い悲しみの中から、鶴田さんは、２０町歩の荒れ山を買って、木を植え始められました。
今、荒れ山は見事な森として再生しました。
