番組審議会

地元テレビ局の番組審議会に出席させていただいた。
分不相応だと思って、断わっていたものの、
結局出席することになってしまった。

以下、感想を述べてみたい。

審議会内容は充実していた。

この手のものは、法律で決められているといった理由から、
ある意味で、形骸化されているものが多い。
局側の説明に時間をとって、審議委員の発言はひと言くらいで終わるといった具合で、
それも事前に打ち合わせをがなされているものだと思っていた。

しかしながら、これは違った。
出席者の熱心な発言にあっという間に時間は過ぎていく。

審議対象の番組の内容をよくご存知の方だと思われる方から、
かなり辛口の評価があった。
「もっと○○のことを入れるべきだった」とか「○○の登場が多すぎる」といった具合だ。
私はこの番組に登場する人たちのことをよく知らないので、全体をとおして、
「よくできた作品だなあ」と感心していたが。
どうやら実情は違うらしい。

番組は２年間の取材をして３０分くらいに編集された力作だ。
当然、焦点を定めなければ、ぼやけてしまう。
ところが、ここに問題は潜んでいるらしい。

作品は、ある文化サークルの活動を描いたものだ。
５０年つづくサークル活動。
一つのイベントに向けて進んでいる。
取材途中に中心人物が他界してしまわれる。
悲しさに浸る間もなく、サークル５０周年イベントに向けて練習に励む会員たち。
その純粋なひたむきさに心を動かされる。

大局的なながれはよいのだが。
ある特定の方に偏った編集がなされているというのだ。
厳しいご意見である。

担当者は素直に意見をきいていた。
局内でも協議し作品として出品する予定だという。

質の高い番組はこういう審議を経て作られているのだろう。
テレビ局の職員の質の高さにも改めて敬服する。

先輩方に続こう。
狙いは「大賞」。

「前進」か「停滞」か！
テレビ局ももちろん「前進」です。
加速して参りましょう。

I was going to attend the program examination board in the local TV
station.
After all, it will have attended though it is thought that it is not
corresponding of the amount, and refused.

I want to state one's impressions as follows.

The content of council had been enhanced.

In a sense, the one of the one of this hand made a ruin is abundant for the
reasons of being decided by the law.
The discussion committee's remark thought meeting to be in the condition of
ending by the person remark as for it because it took time in the explanation
of the bureau beforehand.

However, this was different.
Time passes the person present's ardent remark with surprising
swiftness.

Dry was considerably evaluated from seeming that it was a person who often knew the
content of the program to be discussed.
It is a condition "** appearance" of "It was necessary to put ** more" ..excess...
With the whole , saying that "It is a work that can be done well" pushing though it
felt admiration because I do not know the people who appear in this program well.
Apparently, the fact seems to be different.

The program is a masterpiece that covers two years and was edited at
about 30 minutes.
Naturally, it grows dim if the focus is not decided.
However, the problem seems to lurk here.

The work is the one that the activity of a certain cultural circle was
drawn.
Club activity that continues for 50 years.
It is advanced aiming at one event.
It dies to the kingpin while covering.
Members who will work hard at practice soon aiming at the 50th circle
anniversary event who are soaked in sadness.
The mind is moved to the pure earnestness.

Though a general situation flow is good.
The edit biased to certain specific is performed.
It is a severe opinion.

The person in charge has accepted one's advice at once.
It is said that it confers in the bureau and it is scheduled to
exhibit as a work.

A high-quality program might be made through such a discussion.
It renews to the height of the quality of the staff in the TV station
and it admires it.

Let's continue to the senior person.
The aim is "Grand prize. "

Is it "Advancement" or "Stagnation. "?
Of course, the TV station is "Advancement. "
Let's accelerate and come.
