昨日のアクセス件数が久しぶりに多かったので、
気を引き締めて「その２」を記します。

３月３日晴れ。８時１０分から清掃。

課内打ち合わせをしながら、
図面（紙）に向かって終日作業。

端末操作は、始業時、お昼、５時前の３回で数分間。
メールチェックとWebブラウジングの操作。

メーラーはさほど問題なし。
ウェブは。
ブログ閲覧がだめなので、ウィキもだめかな。

意外です。

Wikiは閲覧できます。

「はじかない」のか「はじけない」のかが気になりますが、
新しいウェブツールが使えるということで、
当面、設定は「良し」と修正したいと思います。

その間、電源を切ることなく、画面は一日中待機画面。

こういう「使わない端末」を見ると２・３年前考えていたことが思い出されます。
「導入コスト削減」「保守料削減」「庁舎内端末並列接続構想」など。
あのころは楽しかった。
夢みたいなことを模索していた。
私にいろいろご教示くださった市内ベンチャー企業の○○さん。
今頃どうなさっておられるのだろうか。
今、XML（SOAP）は、Wikiで、RSSで私たちの近くに感じられます。
また、いつかお会いしたいものです。

明るく、広々とした作業スペース。
デスクワークは快適です。
といっても、これは支所の話ですが・・・。

人の間の距離も程よいのです。
こういったオフィススタイルは今後ますます重要視されるでしょう。
もっとも、「行政改革」という言葉で進められるでしょうけど・・・。

もう一つの作業環境。
それは、「情報端末」です。

「地域情報系」（職員用一般事務であつかう情報）は、
個人的には「さようならPCクライアント」のイメージか、
SOAP技術をつかった完全分散型の、
斬新（いまとなってはちょっといいすぎかも）な、
最先端のネットワーク構築を描いていたのですが、
私が配属された昨年の春（４月）は、仕様はほぼ定まっている状態。

結局、レガシーな「商品」をあてがわれたような感じで、
企画としては、面白くもなく、あきらめの境地で着任した次第です。

それからというもの、合併期日まで時間もないことを理由に、
情報系は現場担当者を全面的に信頼し、おまかせ状態。（すまんね。A君。）

会議は、ほとんど「はい。」で処理していきました。
古いパッケージもんですから、導入実績からも安定稼働は実証済みなのです。
安全第一ということですすめて参りました。

３月１日、新市スタート。

情報分科会会長として一番心配だった「基幹系情報」（住民情報など）は無事稼働。
電算センター職員の皆さんや窓口業務の職員の方々、
移行作業、大変おつかれさまでした。
市民の皆様に、サービスのストップや混乱があったら一大事ですからね。
実にスマートなはじまりで、ほっとしております。

「地域情報系」もおおむね良好のようでした。
端末操作者として、若干の不具合は感じられましたが、特段、問題なしです。
本庁のSさん、A君、支所のT君、N君お疲れさまでした。
気の休まる暇のない３月１日でしたね。

３月２日。
メールやインターネット環境に対する声が聞こえてきました。
「何もみられん。」「パスワードばかい、ごっとい入れんばいかん。」
出てきましたね。
苦情が。

しかし、ありがたい言葉です。
今後、再考する事案でもあります。
察するに「セキュリティを高めれば、生産性が低下する。」という考えからのものでしょうか。
私もユーザーの一人として、そうも思えます。

ありていにいえば、「ブログ」がみられないのです。「RSS」も。
これは、設定変更を要しますでしょう。

職員の作業能率や可能性を高めるためにも・・・・。

個人的には旧北方町のように「フルアクセス」で良いと思うのですがね。
だって、ログ管理している訳ですから。

当面、職員は、家庭のパソコンで「最新情報」を入手することになります。
もっとも、WWWという巨大な「護美箱」の中の最新情報ですけどね。

さて、本日、３月３日はどうでしょうか。

涙の写真は苦手だ。
ファインダーをうまく覗けない。

職員、泣いた。うなだれた。
そして、お見送りした。


１９：００　帰宅。

パソコンにバックアップ。
写真を妻に評価してもらう。
あまり自信がなかった。

「ピントのあまかともあるけどね。よく撮れとるよ。」

つづけて、

「これまで一生懸命してきんさったけんね。そいけん泣けるとよ。」
「思い入れや熱意のなか人は泣けんよ。」
「お父さんは、よか人たちに仕えることができて幸せやったね。」

わたしはこれからも幸せでありたいと思った。
