神道は天地悠久の大道であって、崇高な精神を培ひ、太平を開くの基である。

神慮を畏み祖訓をつぎ、いよいよ道の精華を発揮し、
人類の福祉を増進するは、使命を達成する所以である。

ここにこの綱領をかかげて向かうところを明らかにし、
実践につとめて以て大道を宣揚することを期する。

一、神の恵みと祖先の恩とに感謝し、明き清きまことを以て祭祀にいそしむこと
一、世のため人のために奉仕し、神のみこともちとして世をつくり固め成すこと
一、大御心をいただきてむつび和らぎ、国の隆昌と世界の共存共栄とを祈ること
