特に3番目の評価がすばらしいですね。
「新しい技術を楽しむ知恵を持つ」ということ。

みんなで楽しむ知恵を共有しよう。
技術的なところがわからなくても心配なし。
担当課の何々さんがよく知っているからとかで、
特定の人にたよりっきりにするのではなく、みんなで作ろう。

もちろん行政・市民の垣根なく。
